Passed away peacefully at home on January 29, 2022, in his 77th year, surrounded by the love of his family.
Loving husband to his wife Nemesia and father figure to stepson Ivan, father to Steven (Lisa) and grandfather to Rilee and Ainslee.
John was an avid drag car enthusiast and racer for most of his life, spending the majority of his time at the Cayuga drag strip. He also loved campfires, playing guitar and country music.
John is survived by his brothers Arthur and Michael (Marion) and sisters, Mary (George) and Linda (the late Alex) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John and Flora.
