It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jack Pol on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 at the Guelph General Hospital. Jack in his 61st year was the beloved husband and best friend of Liz Pol (Atkinson). Devoted father of Andrew Pol and Christina Cahill (Aaron). Loving Opa to Seth Jacob Cahill. Beloved brother to Sylvia Bruulsema (Harold), Bernita Pol (James) and Alisha Pol (Geodi). Special brother-in-law to Marian Lawr. Uncle to Corey(Diana), Theo(Emily), Alena(Patryk), Summer, Daisy, Ripley and Caedan. Jessica MacEachern (Dustin) and Michael Rawn. Great Funcle to Simon, Zoe, Nora and Owen. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Carla Pol, sister Lydia Pol and in-laws John and Ann Atkinson. Jack was loved by and will be missed by many especially his bestie group Debra Tuttle, Carolyn and Steve Hutchinson, Maryanne and Brend Sutton.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home- Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph (519-821-5077). Family invite friends to a visitation on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Private family burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 1:00pm in the Hart Chapel at the funeral home. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Lounge.
