Passed away from complications of Parkinson disease at the Village of Riverside Glen on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Much loved son of the late Alan and the late Verna Prouse. Loved brother of John Prouse, Judith Albert, Janine Kent (Bill), Sheila Loder (Don) and the late Louise Prouse (1965). Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Born in Brampton and raised in Georgetown, Tom was a member of St. John’s United Church. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
