Peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Thursday March 1, 2018. Sonya (Fleece) Prucyk at 101 years of age. Wife of the late Joseph Paul Prucyk (1992). Beloved mother of Lawrence Prucyk, Martin Prucyk, Paula Harmen, and Sherry Byrne. Cherished “Sweetheart” of eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Sonya will be fondly remembered by her extended family, nieces, nephews, friends and caregivers.
Memorial services will be at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Saturday March 24, 2018 at 1:00p.m. Cremation has taken place, inurnment of cremated remains will be at Holy Family Cemetery in Winnipeg, Manitoba. If desired, memorial contributions to Hospice Wellington or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church would be appreciated.
