PRYOR, Mary Barbara (nee Kloepfer)

Mary passed away at home in her 103rd year on May 1, 2023 with family at her side. Beloved wife for over 50 years to Vincent "Mike" Pryor (1998). Dearest mother of Barbara Hogan (late Walt), Diane MacLean (late Wayne), Lorne Pryor (late Louise), Michelle Bolton (Gary), and David Pryor. She leaves behind her treasured grandchildren Brian (Heather), Loretta (Jeff), Michael, Matthew, LeeAnne (Steve), Lyndsay, Lisa, Bradley (Missy), Jeffrey, and Mark. Proud great grandmother to Rebecca, Josh (Madi), Abby, Ryan, Nick, Hailey, Olivia, and her great great grandson Wyatt. Mary was predeceased by her parents George and Kathleen (nee Kelly) Kloepfer and her step mother Rose Chisolm. Mary was born in Maryhill, the eldest of 8 children. She is survived by her loving sister Genevieve. Mary is predeceased by her other siblings Kay, Pat, Helen, Doug, Honor and Sheila. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbours.

Mary enjoyed a long career with food services at the University of Guelph. In her later years she loved being part of The New Horizons music band. She lived a long and fulfilling life. May God Bless her.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to LHIN Healthcare, Bayshore Palliative Care, especially nurse Shannon, and caregivers Beverley, Muna, and Francis. Also thank you so much to Dr. Wallace, Dr. Spadafora, and Father Boyd.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, where friends and relatives are invited to join for a visitation on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and again from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Parish, 175 Emma St., Guelph, on Wednesday, May 10 at 10:30am followed by a burial a Marymount Cemetery, 5400 Highway 6, Guelph. All are welcome to join the reception after the cemetery at the Hart Chapel in the Fellowship Lounge, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
