REPASO, Federico

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Federico Repaso on October 26th, 2022, at age of 80, surrounded by his loving family at the Guelph General Hospital.

Born in Talisay Negros Occidental Philippines, he was predeceased by his parents Gaudencio Repaso and Segunda Metano Repaso.

He was a loving husband to Norma Balmeo Repaso for 43 years of blissful marriage and they had two sons Janrey/Vanrey Repaso and Michael Repaso. Dear dog grandfather to Mika Repaso and the late Tommy Repaso.

Federico will be missed by his sister-in-law Gliceria Balmeo Sanez (the late Josefino Del Posso Sanez). Cherished uncle to Josephine Sanez Quintano (Ramon Quintano), a beloved Lolo (grandfather) to Mon Angelo Quintano (Stephanie Ortiz Quintano) and Jo Angeline Quintano, and uncle to Judith Sanez.

He was the brother of Dollores Repaso, uncle to Vincent Repaso, the late Elena Repaso, the late Raymundo Repaso (Tess Repaso), uncle to Rey Repaso (Mary Anne Salud Repaso) grandfather to Gian Repaso, uncle to Teresa Repaso Subang (Fernado Subang), grandfather to Aaron Subang and Joshua Subang. Uncle to Analisa Repaso Neville (Steve Neville).

He will be missed by all his friends and extended family.

He was a labour worker and maintenance worker for Linamar. He was also a proud member of the Apostolates of the Divine Mercy (Guelph) and 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends and relatives for a visitation on Friday, November 4 from 12:00pm - 3:00pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00am on Saturday, November 5 at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd, Guelph.
