It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Peter Gordon Reynard on September 27, 2021, at Hospice Wellington. Peter is survived by his wife Ann, his children Candice (Ian), Trevor ( Christina) and grandchildren Victoria and Keith. Will be missed by his brother Paul (Kristine). Peter was the beloved son of Marjorie and the late James Reynard.
Peter passed on his love of the outdoors to his children. Always eager for adventure, he hiked up mountains, went dog sledding, white water rafting, camped and learned how to plow with draft horses. His two faithful companions Sasha and Cody were always his eager sidekicks.
Peter was humbled and blessed to have a village of caring souls who supported him these last few years. Heartfelt thanks to all, please know you enriched his world and warmed his heart.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by the family.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no official service as per Peter’s wishes. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com.
A tree will be planted in memory of Peter G. Reynard in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
