Sigrid passed away peacefully with her husband and children by her side at St.Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph at the age of 75.
Beloved wife and best friend of John for 52 years. Loving mother to Ian (Sarah), Stephen (Tricia), and Karen (Dave). Proud Oma of her seven grandchildren, Evan, Ryan, Noah, Liam, Paige, Cadence, and Ben. Dear sister of Gerhilde (George) and of Dietmar. Sigrid will be missed by her many family and friends.
Many thanks to the staff of St. Joe’s Health Centre for their nurturing care over the last year and a half.
A memorial service to honour and celebrate Sigrid will be held on Sunday, October 14 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St. W., Fergus. A visitation for friends and family will also be held on the 14th at St. Andrew’s from 2 - 4 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 519-822-0051.
