Sanvido, Margaret Joyce (nee Peacock)
Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington, on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Bruno Sanvido (2008). Loving mother of son, Father Don Sanvido; and daughters Karren Sanvido, the late Cathy (Paul) Grimwood, and Lynda (Jim) Swafford. Cherished Gramma to Tara Bolton (Jeramy), Tina (Dave) Guidolin, Tanya Stewart (Jono), Amber Stewart (Gary), and Aaron Sanvido. Great Gramma of Carmen, Malaya, Emme, Nathan and Audrey. Pre-deceased by her brothers William, James and Gerald Peacock and her sister Lorraine Kemp.Joyce loved family, friends, reading and the Blue Jays. The family wishes to thank the staff and volunteers at Hospice Wellington for the exceptional care given to their mother and family members. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, HART CHAPEL, 1099 Gordon St., on Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 5-9 p.m. Prayers for Joyce will be held at the funeral home at 8:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 98 Alice St., Guelph, on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation (Kidney Care) or Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by the family.
