We are sad to announce the passing of Stella Stoumbos (nee Konstantinou). She passed away peacefully in her home on April 27, 2022, with her family by her side.
She leaves behind her husband, John, her daughters, Betty and Helen, her sisters Maria and Sotiria and her brothers George and Dimitri. Beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews including Peter, who was like a son to her. She is predeceased by her daughter Sofia, her son Louie and her brother Tom.
Stella loved gardening, baking, spending time with her family and talking to her friends. She will be remembered for her kindness and how much she loved to share everything she had with as many friends and family as possible. She was a very generous soul who was loved by many.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the Bayshore Nurses and Nurse Nadia who took such good care of Stella, as well as Diane, the angel PSW from CarePartners.
She will be missed, but she is now in heaven with her siblings and her children.
