April 16, 1938 – June 12, 2020
Nancy will be remembered by all her family and friends for her amiable and vivacious personality.
She had the courage to overcome adversity after losing her young son Mark early in her life and her daughter Kim later in life. She leaves behind her daughter Cheryl and son Scott. Nancy adored her grandchildren Kyle, Meryn and Evan and they all retain many happy moments spent with her. After raising her children Nancy completed her BA in Teaching and began her new career where she happily remained until retirement. Nancy managed to create joy by immersing herself in her piano, travelling, dining, and lately to reading and crosswords. Her adage was “Live life for the joy it brings, even after the sorrows”.
