Josephine “Jody” Margaret Sumner of London, Ont. in her 97th year passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
Beloved mother Walter and Rick, as well as her daughter Patty Anne who has a special place in her heart. Predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Hannaberry as well as her siblings Marion (Harold) Thompson, Jim (Verna), Jack, and Bill Hannaberry. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Heartfelt thanks to Extendicare London for the excellent care Jody received.
Family and friends are invited to the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S. St. Marys, for visitation on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 1 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 3 pm with Rev. Gary Fess officiating. Cremation to follow with interment in St. Marys Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Extendicare Foundation.
