Sadly, Patricia Ann Thomaspassed away at Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the age of 66 years old. She died peacefully with family at her side.
Pat was predeceased by her parents, David and Margaret; and stepmother, Eve.
Pat was the beloved sister of Nancy Jobin, John (Susan) Thomas, and Gordon (Donna Simmonds) Thomas, and was adored by nieces Cheryl Hinks, Christine Jobin, Caroline Thomas, Ash Horgan, Trystan Jobin, and nephew, Jordan Simmons.
Pat was fiercely independent and always lived life on her terms. She would want to be remembered for her kindness, love of animals, quick wit, astute intelligence, and love of art. Most of all, she would want to be remembered for her laugh!
A Celebration of Pat’s life will be held at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
