Suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Wednesday April 26, 2017 with her beloved husband Paul by her side. Pat is survived by her brother Walt (Bev) Slawich and her sister-in-law Pam (Bob) Purdy. Pre-deceased by her sister Olga and brother Dan. Pat will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews and especially by her lifelong best friend Joan Heal and her much loved cats Baron and Bob. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff on the 5th floor of the Guelph General Hospital for their care and compassion.

Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Thursday May 4, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Pat’s life in the funeral home chapel will follow at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre in Pat’s name would be greatly appreciated.
