Sandra passed away peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, with her sister Judy by her side on October 21st., 2020. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Carla, sisters; Judy Tonegusso (Brian McGaw) and Jayne Speers and her many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; Norma (2001) and William “Bill” Tonegusso (2015) and by her brother Tony (1994). She will be fondly remembered by good friends; Sandy, Ibby and Beverly. Sandra suffered many years with MS, but it never stopped her. She was feisty and fought hard right till the end. Many thanks to Guelph Independent Living, the MS Society, Golden Years Nursing Home and Dr. Bluhm, for all the help and support over the years. Extra special thanks to Cambridge Memorial ICU staff; Dr. Morgan and Nurse Casey for their tender care in the end. As per Sandra’s wishes, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place.
