Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Vance (1987). Loving mother of Barbara (the late Romeo) Vallesi, Marilyn (Gary) Burton, Bill (Marilyn) Vance, Don (Pat) Vance, and Susan (Terry) Langille. Loving grandmother of seventeen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. Isobel and Roy farmed in Erin Township until moving to Guelph.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Friday, July 27th, 2018, from 11 am- 12 pm. Funeral service at 12 pm followed by reception in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau. Memorial contributions to the St. Joseph’s Health Centre would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of R. Isobel Vance in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2:30 pm.
