VENTURATO, Maria

Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Maria (Colusso) Venturato in her 84th year, was the beloved wife of the late Nazzareno (Nick) Venturato (2018). She was the loving mother of Franco (Kathleen), Brenda and her husband Rod Messner, and Ester and her husband Bruno Domenichini. Maria was the proud Nonna of Markus (Lauren), Katrina, Natalie, Holt, Connor, Daniel and Steven. She was the dear sister of Gabriella Bresolin of Switzerland, Noemi Crema and Armando Colusso both of Italy and of the late Enrico Colusso. Survived by nieces and nephews.

Mom / Nonna will always be remembered for love and devotion to her children and grandchildren. Family and friends were always dear to her. Maria had a passion for her flowers and gardens. She was a beloved friend who always had an open door and table set for family and friends. She will be deeply missed, but in our hearts forever. Love you Mom / Nonna.

A private family Funeral Mass for Maria will be held at Holy Rosary Church on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. The service will be live streamed on the internet via zoom, with link and information to be found on the funeral home website www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com
Entombment in Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
