Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Wednesday February 9th, 2022 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by parents Bruce and Mary Armishaw, brothers Ron and Howard, daughter Cynthia (Peter). Survived by her husband of 66 years Roy. Proud and loving mother to Sheryl, Bruce (Sandy), and Judy (Bruce). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Jason (Kristi), Adam, Rebecca (Alan), David, Lindsay (Jake), Kristine (Kelly), Kodi (Meagan), Madison and Paige. Loving great grandmother of five. Loving aunt to Brian and Glenna.
Dorothy was a loving and caring person. Always chatting with her neighbours while sitting on her front porch on a warm sunny day. Dorothy also had a love for puzzles. It was a common theme amongst her family to come over for coffee and help with the puzzle she was working on. Dorothy loved being involved in her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s special events. She would attend every graduation, Navy League, Sea Cadet function, and all birthday parties.
