At the age of 83 passed away peacefully Sunday morning March 5th, 2017 surrounded by members of her family, in Guelph ON. Born January 22nd 1934 in London, England to Alfred and Joy Hill. Frances was a loving mother to six children, a grandmother to thirteen and a great-grandmother. We will always carry her memory in our hearts. There will be no public service or viewing as per Frances’ request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Wellington of Guelph. A special thanks to Hospice Wellington of Guelph.
