It is with deepest sorrow that I have to announce the passing of my father Frederick Charles Waring on October 7th 2022. He died peacefully and quickly at St. Joseph’s Health Centre. My father was a strong yet loving man who lived life by following his dreams, never at lose ends for a project he loved and always on his own terms. He will live on in the hearts of myself his only child, Scott Waring, his beloved sisters, Barbara and Eileen, his brother in law Wilhelm and nieces and nephews, Lisa, Stephen, John, Patty, Patty, Susan, Patrick, Elizabeth and Eileen. He will also be a huge loss to his community of great friends in Guelph who were always there for him and supported him unconditionally. Peter, Paul, Janeta, Kim, Albert, Jed, Pat, his neighbours and many others made his community so precious to him. I am happy he is finally at peace, as I’m sure as we all are, but comforted in the knowledge that we are all better people for having had him in our lives.
