August 12, 1931 – June 21, 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dave, devoted husband and best friend to Barbara. Loving father to Keith, Neale (Barb), Robert (Cindy) and Joanne (Ron).
He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Mitchell (Jesse), Lesley (Tristan), Shane (Maggie), Emily, Jesse, Jayson, and Hayley and five great-grandchildren, Mason, Callum, Charlotte, Natalie and James who he all adored.
He is survived by his three sisters Margaret, Muriel and Chris. Predeceased by his sister Hazel and his parents Dorothy and Charlie.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday June 28th from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Guelph Country Club, 133 Woodlawn Road East Guelph, Ontario. Tributes to Dave will begin at 2:30.

In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate memorial donations to Hospice Wellington in Guelph.
A tree will be planted in memory of in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:30 pm.
