Passed away peacefully at the Elliott Community, on Sunday, August 21, in her 99th year.
Jean was the beloved wife of Archie Gordon (d. 1998) for 53 years; proud and loving mother of Ron (Judy); Norma Harrington (Bill); Judy Nagel (Bill), Dan (Cecilia); and Drew (Tina). She was the cherished grandmother of Shawn (Tracy); Chad (Brenda); Brett; Tyler (Leigh-Anne), Liam (Matthew); Will (Mary-Anne); Jennifer (Derek); Curtis (Kayla); Luke (Kendra); Andrew (Katie); Adam (Catrina), Great Grandmother of 19, and Great Great Grandmother of two. Jean is predeceased by her brother, Thomas (d. 1987). Jean will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.
She leaves a legacy of deep faith, thoughtfulness, and love.
The family extends heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful care and compassion extended to our Mom during her time at the Ellington. Special thanks to Pastor Mike for his pastoral service and kindness. A memorial service will be held at Wall Custance Funeral Home on Monday, August 29. Internment will follow at a future date.
