WILSON, Helen Margaret

Passed away peacefully at Twin Oaks Nursing Home, Maryhill, on Tuesday,
August 20, 2019. Helen (nee Weadick) Wilson, in her 99th year, was the
beloved wife of the late George John “Jim” Wilson (1981). She was the
dear mother of Marion (John) McClure, Elaine (Frank) McCaig, Susan (John)
Brohman, Judy (Gord) Knox and Barbara (Eugene Latendre). Helen is survived
by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and four
great-great grandchildren.
Helen was the dear sister of Patrick Weadick (Molly). She was predeceased
by her siblings Sister Mary Daniel CSJ, Clifford, Jack, Harvey, Gregory
“Bud” and Reginald.
The farm that Helen and Jim owned outside of Elora was very important to
them. She took pleasure in family, friends and a good game of
cards. Her faith was very meaningful to her and she passed it on to
future generations.

their excellent and compassionate care.
Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass at St. Mary’s Church, 267 Geddes
St., Elora, on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. 
Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Elora. As expressions of sympathy,
donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the
