Passed away, peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Dennis Witty, age 63 years, was the beloved husband of Francine (nee Tantardini) Witty. He was the dear father of Kyle Witty (Maria Shaw) and Tyler Witty (Aleisha Johnston) and the loving Papa of Jude Douglas and Joshua Gerald. Dennis is survived by his mother Elaine Witty, by his mother-in-law Carmel Tantardini, by his sister Carol Lee Huber (Paul) and by sisters-in-law Carolyn Hughes (Robert) and Dina Witty. He will be remembered by nieces, nephews, a great-niece and great-nephews. Dennis was predeceased by his father Douglas Murray Witty (2011), by his father-in-law Gerald Tantardini (1992) and by a brother Kirk Trevor Witty (1993).
A Celebration of Dennis’ Life will be held at the Ariss Valley Golf and Country Club, 5700 Wellington Rd. #86, R. R.#1 Ariss, ON N0B 1B0 on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 1-4 p.m.
