Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Thursday, September 30, 2021, with her family by her side, at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of 68 years to Bill Young. Loved mother of Shirley (Greg) Young, Ron (Louise) Young and Diane (Frank) Record. Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Janine, Nathan (Sam), Nichole (Curtis), Nicholas (Lauren) and Katlynn. Great Grandma Bear of Sloane. Predeceased by her brother Robert Neate (Laurie). Will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends.
Lorraine was a loving wife and mother, as well as a proud “Grandma Bear”. She enjoyed camping with her family, drawing, and she will be fondly remembered for her ability to make people laugh.
Visitation will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 10 am – 12 noon. A private family service will be held, followed by burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.
