Met his Heavenly Father in the morning of Monday September 10, 2018. Ron is joining family and friends that have gone on before him - his father Orest, mother Adele, sister Doreen, and brother and sister-in-law Rick and Esther. He is seeing his friends Sam and Daniel, talking shop with Jack, catching up with Gord, and arguing over cards with Jim. Ron leaves behind a great legacy of people he poured his life into. He is survived by his wife Pam - who was by his side for his peaceful passing, son Chris, daughter Melissa (Mike) and his grandchildren Bishop, Caydence, Kennedy, and Boden, his brother Bob (Irene), sister Iris, nephew Zane (Jessica) and grand niece Juliana, and numerous extended family, friends, and people he mentored through his work and charities.
Ron’s life will be celebrated at Parkview Church, at 89 Speedvale Avenue East, Guelph, Ontario on Saturday September 29th, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Isaiah Projects, www.isaiahprojects.com. Ron cared deeply for this great charitable organization and the people of Peru.
