Passed away at Hospice Wellington on Monday, March 29, 2021, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Angela (Brombal) Zamprogna. Dear father of
Diana Karkut (Rick), Sidonia Tuffnail (Howard), and Lino (Michela), all of Guelph. Loved Nonno of Brian (Jennifer) Karkut, Stefani Atilola
(Jide), Eric Tuffnail (Katherine Salis), Olivia Tuffnail, Noah Zamprogna, and Vanessa Zamprogna; and Bis-Nonno of Riley Karkut, Leo Karkut, and Emma Atilola. Dear brother of the late Maria Tedesco (late Antonio). Dear brother in-law of Gino and Mariarosa Brombal, Fausto and Valeria Brombal, Sidonio and Geraldine Brombal, and Anna Brombal and the late Alessandro.

The family would like to thank the many doctors who cared for Joe. Special thanks to Paramed, especially Syrell and Ferdinand; Bonita and Sandra at Bayshore Nursing; the compassionate caring staff and volunteers at Grand River Cancer Centre and Hospice Wellington. To Father Vernon Boyd for his home visits and spiritual guidance, and to Joe’s “family” at the Ellridge, and to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home.
