Guelph police are investigating after several people reported a nude male masturbating in a vehicle at a south end plaza on Thursday.
Shorty after 6 p.m., several witnesses called police to report a nude male masturbating inside a black Mazda 3 at a plaza on Stone Road West near Edinburgh Road South. The male, described as white with dark hair, left after being confronted by witnesses.
