A Puslinch man was arrested after an assault at a Guelph bar Saturday night left another man needing stitches.
Approximately 10:30 p.m. police were called to an establishment on Woodlawn Road West. Security staff reported two men were involved in a verbal altercation when one was punched twice in the face, opening a laceration which required three stitches. The two were known to each other.
A 19-year-old was located a short time later and arrested for assault causing bodily harm.
