Gueph's Timoor Beg has been named to the Ontario under-14 boys soccer team.
Beg, who previously played for Rockwood FC, now plays his club soccer for Prostars Soccer Academy in Mississauga, who are currently ranked number one in their age group in Canada.
Last December the team won the BMO Tournament hosted by Toronto FC along with tournament in Oio and Southampton, England.
The club also won the Ontario indoor title in January.
At a tournament in Portugal Beg scored four goals in four games, including one against Benfica FC.
