Answered: Common Guelph real estate questions

Beth and Ryan Waller, Guelph Realtors answer 3 of the top questions they're getting right now

This month for GuelphToday, we answer the three most common questions we get asked day to day.

Should I sell my house in Guelph?

Inventory is not rising as many headlines would have you believe. In fact, in Guelph, housing inventory is declined significantly since June. And in some cases, we are even back to multiple offer scenarios although in most cases we have an irrevocable. Read about what an irrevocable in real estate is.

Are conditions back?

Conditional offers are back!  Financing, inspection and sale of property (SOP) are back in Guelph real estate. These conditions allow the buyer to do their due diligence to ensure the property is the right one for them.

How long does it take to sell a house in Guelph?

In the past few months, we've been averaging 3- 4 weeks for homes to sell. There are some exceptions though, such as higher end homes over $1 million which take longer than average. This is because there are less buyers searching in this price bracket. There are still homes available under $400K!
