Salsateria was formerly part of Van Gogh's Ear but is now located in the Green Room of the E-bar, at 37 Quebec St. They also have a booth at the Guelph Farmer's Market.
Owner Rodolfo Hennings offers many varieties of tacos and salsas, with the most unique being the vegan cactus taco. With vegan cuisine becoming increasingly popular in Guelph, he felt it was important to add this tasty option to his menu.
