Nicole Kucherenko is an associate in both the Family Law and Wills and Estates Practice groups. She ensures her clients have a strong understanding of their legal position and the options available to them both in and outside of the court process. Nicole provides advice that takes time and cost into account. In her wills practice, Nicole works hard to ensure her clients are not overwhelmed by what can sometimes seem like a daunting process. Nicole takes the time to understand her clients needs and ensures each client’s wishes are properly reflected in their wills and powers of attorney.
