Adopt Me: Moira is a sweet senior kitty (adopted)

This week’s pet of the week is Moira: Hey there! My name is Moira.

I am a very sweet senior kitty at 13-years-old! I was brought here to The GTHS to find a cozy home and loving family for my golden years. I've already been here for quite some time (I arrived in October, if you can believe it!), and unfortunately it turns out I'm quite prone to kitty colds, so the GTHS humans have been trying to help me get better over these past few months.

I'm feeling so much better now and am ready to find my purrrfect person. Because of these chronic kitty colds though, I'll probably always sound a little congested, so my GTHS friends have placed me in the "Special Paws" program and reduced my adoption fee which will hopefully help me find the loving home I deserve soon!

Because I was in foster care for so long, the foster mom found out some great things about me! Like how much I love my kitty naps! and while I love to be cuddled and I'm very affectionate, I'm not what you call a lap cat.

Bring out a brush however and I will show you my belly, let you give me kisses on my head and I will even give you tiny kisses just so that you will stay brushing me all day.

Please make a trip over to the shelter and talk with our Adoption Counselors who can tell you alllll about me! The GTHS is open for adoptions from 12 p.m.-4 p.m., every single day of the week and they would be happy to introduce you to me!
