GuelphToday received the following letter from Claudia Espíndola regarding construction for Gordon Street:

Good day,

I would like to share the letter I sent to the city in regards to proposed revisions to development in 1354 Gordon St.

I think we have enough density in this small stretch of Gordon St. for developers to keep asking to increase density by adding more units and cutting residents' parking.

This is a very concerning trend, offering just one space to residents with the excuse that "there will be plenty of unmarked spaces" when in reality this is not enough for the residents.

Aggravated to this situation is the fact that there is no street parking in Gordon and adjacent streets, nine huge complex units within 600 meters along Gordon, it is absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you,

Claudia Espíndola
