The Guelph chapter of 100 Men Who Give a Damn will be choosing the next organization it will support on Wednesday.
The group of 100 men each donate $100 to a local charity, first listening to pitches from three different charitable causes then after deliberating chooses which one it will give a $10,000 cheque to.
The whole process takes an hour.
Newcomers are welcome.
The meeting takes place at the Guelph Armouries beginning at 7:15 p.m.

Charities must be:
· Be based in Guelph
· Use the funds donated to provide locally based programs, goods, facilities, or services (OR “Not be a national or international charity, program, or organization”)
· Be a registered charitable organization legally entitled to give tax receipts for donations;
· Be established for a minimum of one year;
· Respect individual human rights protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Ontario Human Rights Code
· Not have been nominated as a final three charity at the preceding 100 Men Guelph meeting
· Not have been selected to receive donations at a 100 Men Guelph meeting in the preceding 36 months
