University of Guelph president Franco Vaccarino remains the highest paid public sector employee in Guelph.

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure shows all public sector employees making $100,000 or more for the year. The complete searchable list can be found here.

As he has been for the past several years, Vaccarino is the highest paid public sector employee in Guelph, making $423,648, the same salary he has received each of the past five years.

Vaccarino also has a taxable benefits allowance of $33,970.

Second highest paid public sector employee in Guelph is Guelph General Hospital CEO Marianne Walker, who made $331,130.

Six of the top 10 are University of Guelph employees.
