Sue Johanson, sexual health educator, TV/Radio personality, has died.

Famed Canadian sexual health advice TV and radio host Sue Johanson has died at age 93.

CBC is reporting it confirmed with her family that Johanson has passed away.

A nurse by trade, Johanson was known throughout Canada and the United States for her frank discussions about all manner of sexual health topics.

Starting her career in 1970 at a Toronto birth control clinic, she began travelling around Ontario providing sex education discussions in schools, until around 1980 when she was offered a call-in radio show.

Things took off from there and Johanson enjoyed a decades long career, earning countless accolades and legions of fans.
