On Monday, July 24, 2017 at 4:21 p.m., Guelph Police were called to a convenience store near the intersection of Victoria and York, where there was a report of a robbery. A lone male entered the store and demanded items. The male then fled westbound.

The male is described as caucasian, 5-foot-9, 165 pounds, having a scruffy beard. The male was wearing a black baseball cap and a blue/black/brown long sleeve lumber jacket, black pants and black shoes. The male did leave with an item from the store and an undisclosed amount of cash.

There are no injuries as a result of this incident.
