Summit Ridge Neighbourhood Garage Sale

Grange Hill East; 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Several families are hosting a neighbourhood garage sale in the Grange Hill East neighbourhood with baby and kids clothes, toys, men’s and women’s clothing, tents, bikes, games, kitchen gadgets and more.

Guelph Farmers’ Market

2 Gordon St.; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Check out an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and products from local meat producers.

Eramosa River Trail parkrun and parkwalk

Eramosa River Trail at 85 York Rd.; 9 a.m. to noon

A free weekly timed 5k run, jog, and walk kicks off just east of the covered bridge near The Boathouse. Newcomers are encouraged to join at 8:45 a.m.

Public Works Open House

50 Municipal Street; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Join the City of Guelph for the Public Works Week open house to meet and greet City Operations staff and learn how they keep the community in motion! It’s also your chance to: Learn more about city services

The Guelph Food Bank Store Grand Opening

100 Crimea St.; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Store opening, pop-up garage sale, volunteer appreciation barbecue. 

Spring Bazaar

Guelph Lake Commons (520 Victoria Rd. N.); 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Enjoy a fun-filled day of local shopping with more than 25 vendors, live entertainment, a hot dog stand and popcorn. 

Spring Rural Romp

Various locations in Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Farm to Paw Guelph Scavenger Hunt

951 Gordon St.; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Head to Farm to Paw Guelph for a free scavenger hunt with your pets this weekend. Navigate your way around town on foot (and paw), solving clues to unlock your next destination. There are first, second and third prizes to be won. Register here.

Re:Purpose Fest Community Recycling Festival

Old Quebec Street Shoppes; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

The community recycling festival returns to help keep your old belongings out of the landfill. The one-day festival is accepting donations of items like cell phones, coffee packaging, toothbrushes and more. There will also be a vendor market with upcycled and recycled goods. Learn more here.

Rebel Performance Open House

485 Speedvale Ave E.; 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. 

Join Rebel Performance Gym for their one-year anniversary open house, with a workout, cold plunges, mini physiotherapy and reflexology treatments, free food from the Mexican Way and live music. Suggested $20 donation. All proceeds go to A Royal Reach and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Guelph United soccer doubleheader

Centennial Bowl; 2 p.m.

Two games in one day, as both the Guelph United men and women take to the pitch in League1 Premier Division play. First, the women take on North Mississauga SC at 2 p.m. in the team's home opener. Then, the men's side will go up against Scrosoppi FC at 5:30 p.m.
