The Guelph Storm has acquired an experienced forward ahead of Wednesday's OHL trade deadline.

Brody Crane comes to Guelph from the Niagara IceDogs in exchange for a sixth round draft pick in the 2026 Priority Selection draft.

The five-foot-11, 185-pound winger had three goals and six assists in 23 games this season, the first 12 of which were with the London Knights.

Niagara gave up a player, two third round picks and a fourth round pick to London for Crane two months ago.

“We have seen a lot of Brody during his time with London in the Western Conference,” said Storm general manager George Burnett in a press release. “He is a strong skater with good skill and has valuable playoff experience to help our group moving forward.”

The 2004-born left winger from Union, Ontario, was originally selected by London in the fourth round, 62nd overall, in the 2020 OHL draft.

In 2022-23 with London he had 13 goals and 29 assists in 68 games.
