OWEN SOUND – Sam Sedley scored at 2:37 of overtime Saturday night to give the Owen Sound Attack a 3-2 victory over the Guelph Storm.
The loss snapped Guelph's three-game winning streak.
Following a failed Storm rush up ice, Sedley stepped out from behind the Storm net to fire a wrist shot high over the glove of Guelph goaltender Jacob Oster.
Oster was brilliant in overtime, making several huge saves.
Matt Papais had both Guelph goals: the opening goal of the game just nine seconds into the first period and the game-tying goal at the 13-minute mark of the third period.
Guelph outshot the Attack 35-32.
The Storm hosts the Kitchener Rangers Sunday at 2 p.m.
