On June 26, 2019 members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit along with Members of the Technological Crimes Unit executed a Search Warrant at a house located on the east side of Guelph. A 34 year old male was arrested and charged with child pornography related offences.
He was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Making Child Pornography Available for Distribution
- Accessing Child Pornography
On September 2, 2019 after further investigation, the 34-year-old male was arrested and charged with the additional charges:
- 3 counts of Voyeurism
- Make Child Pornography
The accused will appear in court in October 2019
