Guelph police are investigating after a cash box was stolen from a north end business during a dispute with a customer early Thursday.
Just before 3 a.m. police were called to a business on Woodlawn Road West. An employee reported he had been in a verbal dispute with a female customer who alleged the business owed her money. When the employee went into an office to get his phone, the female grabbed the cash box containing cash and ran out of the business. She got into a black Honda Civic driven by a male and the pair left the area.
