On Oct. 1, 2020 at 3:30 p.m., an 86-year-old Guelph male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle exiting the Guelph General Hospital located at 115 Delhi St. in the City of Guelph. The driver was a 75-year-old Guelph male.

The pedestrian suffered a severe laceration to his head and was transported to the Guelph General Hospital for treatment.

Delhi Street was closed for several hours while the investigation was conducted.
