Erratic driving leads to citizen complaint and impaired charge

Police later located the alleged driver of the vehicle at a residence

Monday around 3:30 p.m., Guelph police received a driving complaint from a concerned citizen in regards to man driving a motor vehicle over a curb and almost colliding with several vehicles near the intersection of Stevenson Street North and Waverley Drive.

Police found the man at a residence located near the intersection of Woodlawn Road and Victoria Road. Police spoke with the male and he was arrested.

A 32-year-old Guelph male has been charged with impaired driving.

His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
