A 24-year-old Fergus man faces several charges after suspected child porn and “more than 200 voyeuristic videos” of women were allegedly found on his cell phone.
The man was arrested by London, Ont. police on Tuesday.
As a result of search warrant executed in March as part of an unrelated investigation, a phone was analyzed and digital images of suspected child pornography were discovered, a London Police Service news release explains.
A second search warrant led to further analysis of the phone, which revealed additional media files of suspected child pornography and “more than 200 voyeuristic videos” of adult women in various public spaces in London, including clothing stores and fitness centres.
“The videos appeared to be recorded without the knowledge of the victims,” the release states.
The investigation continues.
