A second person has died following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 11 earlier this week.

The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 5 on Highway 11 in the Englehart area. One driver was found dead in their vehicle. The driver who was air-lifted to the hospital has died as well.

In an update today, OPP identified the driver of the southbound vehicle involved as 56-year-old James Borowski of Guelph. The other driver was Marcel Morin, 40, of Thornloe.

Police say Morin's northbound truck entered the southbound lane and collided with Borowski's vehicle.

Highway 11 was closed for more than eight hours for the investigation and reopened around 3 p.m. Oct. 5.

The OPP's Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) and the Office of the Chief Coroner - Ontario Forensic Pathology Service are helping with the investigation.
