On June 29, 2019 at 11 p.m., the Guelph HEAT team arrested a man they located inside 90 Carden St. There were grounds for his arrest for flight from police, operate conveyance in dangerous manner, adult operation while prohibited, possession of stolen property over $5,000 and breach recognizance.
Subsequent to his arrest, a search discovered a small quantity of fentanyl and some stolen property. The 28-year-old Guelph man was further charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of breach recognizance.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
