Jaguar stolen in Toronto crashes in Guelph

Two people have been arrested after a stolen Jaguar was involved in a collision downtown early Tuesday.

Approximately 3:30 a.m. a collision was reported at Wellington and Neeve streets. Police investigated and determined the 2017 Jaguar F-Pace had been reported stolen in Toronto last month.

As a result of the investigation an 18-year-old Toronto man was arrested and charged with two counts of dangerous driving, two counts of failing to remain at a collision, possessing stolen property over $5,000 and obstructing police.

An 18-year-old Guelph woman is charged with possessing stolen property over $5,000. The woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital for treatment.
